I wanted to share a great opportunity to attend a very special Pond Hockey event. The Berger Pond Hockey Tournament!
For those who may be unfamiliar with the Berger Pond Hockey Tournament, everyone who attends says their team has an absolute blast! It doesn't get much better for childhood memories than playing hockey outdoors with your friends and teammates! At prior CGHL Head Coach Meeting, Shoreline Sharks Coach, Tom Epke, shared it was, hands down, one of the best experiences for his daughter and their entire team!!
For past couple of years, a bunch of CGHL participated including Shoreline Sharks, CT Ice Cats, W. Mass Blizzards, Stamford Sharks and CT Jr. Rangers. If you're considering and have questions, reach out to those programs or to the pond hockey tournament's director, Christoper Sheffield directly. I'd encourage all to make room in your schedules to attend ... you're players and families will have a blast!
